Mishti has close to two decades of experience in learning and development, facilitation & coaching. She is also a Gallup certified Strengths Coach and has been a radio broadcaster and co-host on a South
African Radio shows on applied coaching with eminent ICF coaches and HR leaders across the globe. She has partnered with over 50 multinational organisations, and trained and impacted over 15000 lives.
She has worked with reputed corporate brands such as Genpact, Nomura, Daimler, Schindler, Schneider Electric, BASF, Trent-Tata, Hinduja, Aditya Birla Group, Sony-SET India Pvt Ltd,
Colgate, Mahindra& Mahindra, Thermax among others and developed unique experiential learning methods using applied psychology, sociometry, theatre, psychodrama, strengths coaching and
appreciate inquiry.

She has worked extensively in areas of behavioral training, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion. She also launched the first-of-its-kind theatre gender sensitization forum with Tom
Alter and NHRD and co-created a webcast-Inclusion Circles, showcasing best DE &I practices.
