Abhishek has over 15,000 hours of experience in personal development coaching and management consultancy. After spending 12 years in corporate organizations in full-time roles which includes leading organization development department in large scale organizations, setting up leadership development academy, setting up School of Sales and Service Excellence, he completed the Gallup Certified Strengths Coaching Certification in 2016 - a certification that is awarded by Gallup, USA ensuring the high standards for effectiveness. He has studied strategic human resources management and completed one year Executive Program in Human Resources Management from IIM Calcutta.

He has been actively on the forefront of the 'Strengths Movement' in India, UAE and other South Asian countries.
